In particular, the consignee of the import and export goods will receive the notice on the submission of the goods classified by the "customs affairs contact system" through the "Internet + customs" integration platform or the China Electronic Port website, and feedback the electronic information (with the need to be stamped with the official seal or the electronic signature).
